Vivo, a unique kinkajou, also known as a rainforest honey bear, spends his days in Cuba making music with his beloved owner Andrés. But when tragedy strikes, it falls to Vivo to deliver a message that Andrés could never convey: a love letter to his old partner, the famous singer Marta Sandoval, in the form of a song. So, Vivo sets off for Miami, where he relies on the help of the young, spirited Gabi.
