Do bears even eat cucumbers? While it's fantastic for Rufus and Ray that the new bosses in the forest are suddenly the meerkats, not everyone is on board with this change. There's a lot of unrest brewing beneath the surface. "Let's do democracy," Rufus suggests, and surprisingly, the forest inhabitants are more receptive than expected. In fact, with field hare Grete as the first president, it seems for a while that everything could turn out for the good, the beautiful, and the peaceful. That is until a domestic pig with piglets shows up asking for boar Hermann, followed by three Siberian brown bears crashing through the underbrush, for whom democracy is a foreign concept. It's high time for Rufus and Ray to come up with a brilliant idea to save the forest! Christoph Maria Herbst is simply the king of the meerkats.
