In the prehistoric cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, wild activities abound, which do not please God, the creator of humanity, at all. When His patience is finally exhausted, He decides to destroy the two places and punish their inhabitants with annihilation. Lot hails from the Hebrew clan that God has previously revealed Himself to. He flees, just in time, with his family upon receiving the warning about the impending doom that is about to befall the two cities. (2 Blu-rays)

Robert Aldrich and Sergio Leone directed the biblical epic film of 1961 in Italy and North Africa as an international co-production. The script was written by Hugo Butler and Giorgio Prosperi. The protagonist is played by Stewart Granger, with another role filled by Rik Battaglia, known as the villain from the Karl May films. Popular German show stars Alice and Ellen Kessler make a guest appearance.
