Spike is Snoopy's brother and lives in the desert. He always wears a hat and is quite thin. There probably just isn't enough to eat in the desert. One day, he sends Snoopy a message that he will be visiting soon. When he finally shows up, everyone is amazed at how thin he is. It’s likely because there isn’t much food in the California desert, and the coyotes don’t want to share their food with him. Does he need the hat for protection from the sun? And why does he have a cactus as a friend? Anyway, Spike is quite an eccentric character.
