The WINSPEED kicker balls are manufactured using an elaborate two-color injection molding process. In this process, the colors of the balls are not just printed on; the raw material is already colored accordingly. The raw material used is high-impact polystyrene, a thermoplastic plastic known for its resistance, temperature stability, and weather resistance.

Due to this production method, the WINSPEED kicker balls are completely abrasion-resistant, extremely durable, and colorfast. The ball surface, featuring the traditional football pattern, is free of injection molding residues. Thanks to the smooth and fast ball surface, the WINSPEED kicker ball has optimal playing characteristics.

This special and complex production process of the WINSPEED balls is patented and additionally registered as a trademark with the patent office. The ball weight of 24 g is ideal, and the ball diameter of 35 mm is the most popular tournament size. Thus, the WINSPEED kicker ball can be played on all common foosball tables.
