    Probably thousands of customers have a problem with the Osmo+

    We were actually quite satisfied with the OSMO and the OSMO+ for the technical data until we tried to resell it after using it for almost 6 months.

    A sale or transfer of the product is not possible, as you can see from     the emails with DJI support.

    Please consider carefully if you want to use the device forever and cannot resell it.
    In my opinion, the device is good, but under these circumstances I must strongly advise against it.

    But what can we do, when we want to sell them? can the other person link them to his account? or can we send them to you, so that you can reset the two Osmo's?
    Or have I understood that right, that we CAN'T sell them and we have to keep them?

    Sorry to say this but the person cannot link your account to their account. Unfortunately, we can no longer reset the device. The best option that we have now is to keep and use them instead. We do apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you.

    dji drones top, osmo flop

    Rubbish for the price. Gimbal would be ok. but first dead after 3 days of use.
    2nd camera weak, focus completely freestyle, low light performance i.e. inhouse with daylight catastrophic.

    A device that solves so many problems for me when shooting video.

    I chose DJI Osmo because of the good performance of the stabiliser and the excellent camera quality
