My name is Jagoda, which is Polish for blueberry, and to all the adults reading this: it's not cool to name children after a type of fruit. Just like vegetables shouldn't be used either. Feel free to spread the word; I know what I'm talking about. However, her silly name is just Jagoda's smallest problem. Much worse: she invited Mia from her class to her birthday party, which doesn't actually exist. For a good reason, because Jagoda lives with her mom in a women's shelter. No one must know, so her dad doesn't find her. A birthday in a women's shelter? Impossible. But having no party isn't a solution either, because otherwise Mia might not become Jagoda's friend. A damn good plan is needed, and Jagoda is running out of time. But "can't" doesn't exist, her Babcia always says. So in four days and with zero euros, Jagoda will throw the best party ever.
