Product details

In 79 AD, power and intrigues reign in the Roman Empire. Bread and games are the order of the day. Slave Milo (Kit Harington) fights for his life as a gladiator in Roman arenas and meets the beautiful and wealthy Cassia (Emily Browning). But the influential and unscrupulous Senator Corvus (Kiefer Sutherland), with whom Milo has a cruel past, also has his eye on the girl. The tender but forbidden love between the slave and the citizen's daughter is thus doomed to perish. But then Vesuvius moves and while one of the greatest natural disasters to date takes its course, Milo fights for his freedom, survival and his great love.
