PlanToys practices the ecological core principles of moderation, reuse, and recycling. The manufacturing processes are designed to reduce waste and save energy. PlanToys reuses materials and has introduced innovative methods for recycling paper and other products. There is a constant search for new ways to improve and protect our environment.

Oven-dried, chemical-free rubberwood
PlanToys are made from pure, natural rubberwood sourced from trees that can no longer produce latex due to their age. To keep the wood pure, no fertilizers are applied to the soil during the last three years before harvesting. To strengthen the wood, it undergoes a special, chemical-free drying process in drying chambers.

Glue produced with zero CO2 emissions
PlanToys uses its own formaldehyde-free glue for assembling the toys, which is produced without CO2 emissions.

Non-toxic water-based colors
PlanToys avoids colors that contain lead or other heavy metals. Only safe, non-toxic water-based colors are used in all of our toys.

Recycled and recyclable materials
PlanToys works with recycled and recyclable materials to minimize environmental impact as much as possible.

Printed with soy and water-based inks
PlanToys uses soy and water-based inks for its printed materials. These inks are more biodegradable and can be recycled more effectively than standard chemical inks.
