It seems that born losers really do exist. Walter and his girlfriend Anna are searching for a suitable place to live because they want to get married. One day, Walter receives a very attractive offer that exceeds all expectations. Before them stands a fantastic old house on a beautiful forest road, which they can acquire for a very low price. They don’t hesitate long and seize the opportunity. However, what seemed like a dream quickly turns out to be a rundown shack, with just about everything in disrepair. The front door is falling off its hinges, the staircase railing collapses, and the water pipes are rusted. Yet, the lovestruck couple is determined not to be discouraged and tackles the chaos, which worsens daily, with immense humor.
