Having recovered from her addiction, she takes up the fight against the Sackler pharmaceutical dynasty, which distributes Oxycontin. The billionaire family is one of the world's biggest patrons of the arts. As an activist, Nan Goldin ensures that major museums such as the Louvre no longer accept donations from the Sacklers.
