Paul, the Apostle of Christ

Paul (James Faulkner), who transforms from the notorious persecutor of Christians to the most influential apostle of Christ, spends his final days awaiting his execution in Rome. Paul is under the watchful eye of Mauritius (Oliver Martinez), the ambitious prefect of the Mamertine Prison, who seeks to understand how this frail, old man can pose such a threat. As Paul's days in prison are numbered, he works feverishly to write the Gospel of Jesus Christ and encourages his followers to stand strong in their faith against the persecution from the Romans.
