When Yato finally finds a new god tool named Yukine, he hopes that with the help of this Shinki, he can finally get a step closer to his dream of having his own temple. But far from it! Yukine is just as unhappy to be Yato's Shinki as his predecessor was. Spending every night under the open sky and barely having anything to eat is something he can't endure for long. To make matters worse, a blonde goddess appears, seeking revenge on Yato. It seems that the homeless god has a dark past. Yukine grows increasingly angry about his living conditions and begins to commit sins out of frustration. What he doesn't know is that every god is connected to their Shinki. Yato must endure greater and greater pain, but he doesn't want to give up on Yukine. Hiyori also tries to smooth things over. Will she succeed?.
