Tobey Marshall (Aaron Paul) is a mechanic, a big muscle car fan, and an illegal street racer. When he teams up with the wealthy, arrogant former NASCAR driver Dino Brewster (Dominic Cooper) to save his garage, trouble begins for Tobey: Dino frames him for a murder he didn’t commit. While Tobey spends a few years in prison, Dino seizes the opportunity to expand his business. Once free, Tobey embarks on a relentless quest for revenge against his former partner. When Dino catches wind of Tobey's plan, he puts a hefty bounty on him. From then on, Tobey finds himself in a ruthless chase across the USA, not only evading the police but also racing for his life.
