As more and more Shinobi with powerful Kekkei Genkai disappear, Konohagakure comes under suspicion, as they are the only ones left unharmed. This unrest threatens to spark another world war. However, behind all of this is Hiruko, a rogue Shinobi whose plan is to absorb five different Kekkei Genkai in order to control the world with this power.
