Dealing with Emotions: A workbook featuring little monster Eddie. What color is my fear? What would my joy sound like if it were a noise? What am I particularly proud of? Recognizing and naming feelings is often not easy for children. With this workbook and the support of little monster Eddie, they can creatively explore their emotional world. Writing, coloring, or engaging with the feelings wheel makes emotions clearer - this also helps in explaining them to others!

The workbook is in A4 format and contains coloring pages as well as prompts for describing feelings. It includes a feelings identification wheel and cut-out figures. With little monster Eddie, children dive into the world of feelings and emotions. It is suitable for children aged 5 to 10 years and complements the Kamishibai picture cards and the feelings card set with Eddie.

Practicing the perception and expression of feelings: A creative approach to inner awareness. What is happening inside me when I feel sad, happy, or angry? How do disgust, curiosity, or surprise manifest in my body, and how can I recognize feelings in others through body language and facial expressions? With the feelings workbook and the support of little monster Eddie, children learn about 14 basic emotions and become aware of their own sensations. After all, dealing with strong emotions is not always easy. However, thanks to the diverse offerings surrounding little green Eddie, children in daycare and elementary school find it increasingly easier to recognize and name their feelings.
