Special Agent Will Parker is with the FBI to serve the public. But when his superiors assign him an obscure partner and a murder case linked to his past, he becomes suspicious. After all, Parker used to be CEO of his own IT company, and the murder victim wanted to sell the ground-breaking prototype of a quantum computer that belonged to his company. As the investigation becomes increasingly obscure and even foreign agents get involved, Parker has to decide where his loyalties lie: with his company or the FBI. Then the daughter of the murder victim is kidnapped, and the past repeats itself for Parker. He joined the FBI because he failed to prevent the death of a young woman. This time he will not fail.
