Miss Texas

Journalist Katharina Fahlke travels to Texas for a report on cowboys. To the astonishment of the tough guys, she plans not only to document their work but also to step into the role of a cowgirl and live and work with them as if it were normal. Armed with a camera and her preconceived notions about Texan macho culture, Katharina immerses herself in a foreign world in the Lone Star State: under the watchful eye of the less-than-enthusiastic head cowboy Greg, she joins the guys on their grueling rides. With raging cattle behind them, the two stubborn heads slowly begin to draw closer. Back in Berlin, the city girl realizes just how much she has fallen for cowboy Greg. Promptly, she quits her job, breaks up with her boyfriend, and returns to Texas.
