Maya the Bee – Flip Costume for Adults

A six-piece original costume that is accurately modeled after the 3D cartoon. The soft fabric is comfortable to wear and is available in five sizes from S to XXL.

Top:

• Green long-sleeve shirt made of sturdy, slightly stretchy fabric
• Velcro closure at the neck
• Matching green gloves made from the same material

Vest with Tailcoat:

• Beige vest with a stand-up collar and Velcro closures in the middle
• Sewn-on wings at the back that resemble tailcoat flaps
• Artificial arms attached to the sides of the vest that can be filled with fabric or cotton
• The fake sleeves have transparent ribbons that can be tied to your own arms using loops

Shorts:

• Comfortable blue shorts with sewn-on "grasshopper legs"
• Flexible fit thanks to an elastic waistband at the back
• Functional pockets on both sides

Hat:

• Large, reddish-brown felt top hat with wiggly antennae

But ever since little Maya came to live in the meadow, nothing has been the same. Yes, this little bee brings life to the flower patch. She wants to know everything in detail, so I tell her what I know about the flowers, the animals, the rain, and the sun. Sometimes I also play a little something for her on my violin, and then we watch the sunset together.

Maya the Bee, Willy, and of course the friendly grasshopper Flip have been childhood heroes for many generations since they were created in 1975. To keep it that way, the creators decided in 2013 to transform the animated series into a 3D cartoon. Since then, Maya the Bee, Willy, and Flip have been delighting young and old alike with their new design.
