Saturday is lottery day - also for Jackie, one of the 52 residents of the village of Tullymore. But fate is merciless; once again, he comes up empty. The next morning, he discovers that the jackpot winner is from Tullymore. Together with his friend Michael and his wife Annie, he organizes a party for all the lottery players in town. However, even intense probing leads to no results. Then Annie notices that one person is missing: Ned Devine. Jackie immediately sets off and soon discovers that the old fisherman has been struck down by joy over the big win. Now they must act quickly before the money goes back into the jackpot...
