"Litation" is the second part of the story that began with "Reha." The author describes how his hero learns to live without alcohol, interacting with others, himself, and his own emotions. And although W. gets to know himself, it turns out that Reha and Litation are still not a complete rehabilitation.

"A person with a wounded ego reacts inappropriately to almost every stimulus. However, only a small percentage of this reaction is directly related to the current event. The majority is a kind of resonance from childhood experiences. Someone whose reactions are disproportionate to the stimulus should first reflect on how they respond to what has happened. This may be due to a lack of life skills and the inability to cope with emotions. Attending an AA, OA, or other meeting is not enough for this. The rest is often an unconscious reaction to dramatic childhood experiences. A single meeting is insufficient; therapy is necessary for that.".
