Letters to a blind man

An unfortunate encounter with a wooden lorry in Laos' capital Vientiane has brought a blind dentist to Dr Siri. The coroner is not only amazed at the rare cause of death - cars are rare in Laos, and two vehicles on a road are already considered traffic chaos - but also at a strange discovery: the dead man was carrying a letter containing a message written in invisible ink and also encrypted.
