The political map of Europe features the names of countries, capitals, and the largest cities. Surrounding the map are flags of each country along with the names of the respective country and capital. The puzzle includes a fixed frame around the map, in addition to a permanent outer frame along the edges. There are 48 pieces between the frames, each displaying a flag and a capital. The names of the countries are located on the frames. Each piece with a flag and capital only fits with the correct name of the country.

1. First, place the pieces with the flags and capitals you know by their correct country.
2. Then, assemble the map.
3. Find the remaining names of capitals on the map to determine which country they belong to, and place the pieces with the flag and capital next to the name of their country.
