"Easy Rider" Thomas (Terence Hill) seeks the solitude of the desert as a dropout. On his way there, he accidentally saves the young Lucia (Veronica Bitto) from the clutches of two criminals. She then follows him like a shadow, not wanting to be left alone in the desert. However, this undermines his desire for inner reflection. The mismatched duo frequently finds themselves in trouble due to Lucia's temperament, which they overcome in their own way. Through his new companion, for whom he develops paternal feelings over time, Thomas does not find solitude but rather lasting inspiration for his life. Terence Hill directed this road movie as a director, writer, and lead actor. He worked on this passion project for ten years and dedicates the film to his longtime partner and friend Bud Spencer.
