Product details
Although the years have not passed without a trace, Professor Jones (Harrison Ford) never tires of researching the secrets of this earth. This time, the archaeological veteran, including hat and whip, is transported to the desert. The year is 1957, when Indy has to flee as quickly as possible because Soviet agents are close on his heels. He finally manages to escape to a nearby airfield. Back in safe havens, Indiana Jones is in for an unpleasant surprise at his college. The American government has heard about the latest activities. They show little pleasure and urge the dean of the university, Dean Charles Stanford, (Jim Broadbent) to dismiss the unteachable protégé. But our hero can't deal with this problem in the long run, because the next adventure is coming with big steps towards him. Mutt (Shia LaBeouf), whose behavior reminds Indy a lot of himself, even though the rebellious cheeky guy is many times younger, offers a suggestion for kindness. If Indy agrees, and Mutt helps him with his plan, another spectacular find could come out of it. A mythological object of temptation. One that spreads fear and terror, but also holds a fascination. The crystal skull of Akator. Of course, Indy doesn't have to be asked twice, and starts a new expedition together with his companions. The mysterious skull is said to be hidden in a legendary city in the farthest corner of Peru. Having arrived, the researchers quickly realize that they are not the only people who are pursuing the same goal. Russian agents, with the beautiful Irina Spalko (Cate Blanchett) as their leader, are also after the mysterious skull. They think that if you can get behind all the secrets the crystal head hides, you can and will rule the entire world. Indiana Jones does not like this idea at all. And so he has to choose a strategy to get the skull in his possession on the one hand and still stay alive on the other.
