A novel about a writer and the secrets of his life

For days, documentary filmmaker Andrea and her team have been waiting for Richard Wechsler in his hometown in Switzerland. During the initial filming in Paris, the renowned author was reluctant to share much about himself, and now the entire film is at risk of failing. In the small streets and alleys of the town, Andrea searches for traces of Wechsler's life, contrary to their agreement. However, it is only when she reads his books again that she discovers a clue about a first love who might still live in the small town. A first love that has influenced his entire life and of which no one ever knew.
