Good Morning, Vietnam!

A cry echoes through the green hell of the jungle during the Vietnam War in 1965. It’s hot, damn hot, and the mood is at rock bottom. Then the disc jockey Adrian Cronauer arrives in Saigon and ignites the atmosphere with his radio show. Overnight, he becomes the absolute favorite of the troops. The GIs idolize him. The audacity of his jokes and, above all, the music from home finally bring some variety to the daily grind of war. However, his superiors fear for the combat morale of the troops and their own authority.
