The family-owned company Glorex was founded in 1974 in Kölliken, Aargau, and initially achieved great success selling original Swiss fabric dolls. After relocating its headquarters to Füllinsdorf in Basel-Landschaft and establishing a second location in Rheinfelden, Germany, it continuously expanded its doll range and added teddy bears.
