ESU ECoS Detector feedback module standard

The ECoSDetector Standard is designed for all model railroaders seeking a reliable and affordable feedback module without the expandable functions of the ECoSDetector. It serves primarily as a substitute for the older s88 feedback modules, requiring no modifications to track wiring.

Detection and feedback
The ECoSDetector can monitor up to 16 track sections and reports the presence of a locomotive (track occupancy). It is compatible with every 3-digit track, whether you have M-, K-, or C-track.

Switch inputs
Alternatively, the 16 inputs can be used as conventional switch inputs. You can connect reed contacts, contact tracks, or switches (including toggle switches) and manage the information with your central station.

ECoSlink connection
Each ECoSDetector Standard can be directly connected to the command station via the ECoSlink bus. In addition to all ECoS command stations, it is also compatible with the Central Station (updated with the Central Station software upgrade by ESU). The module will be automatically linked to the command station and graphically configured.

Upgradeable
When needed, the ECoSDetector software can be upgraded to add new functionalities. The command station will perform the required updates automatically, ensuring that the ECoSDetector remains up to date with the latest technical standards.
