Engagement in a roundabout way

As her fourth anniversary passes without a marriage proposal, Anna takes matters into her own hands: the determined young woman flies to Dublin to catch up with her boyfriend Jeremy and, following an old Irish tradition, plans to propose to him on February 29. However, the weather and fate seem to conspire against the pampered American woman, and she ends up on the other side of Ireland. To arrive in Dublin on time, she must rely on the help of the handsome but completely unimpressed pub owner Declan. As the two bicker their way across the green island, Anna discovers that the journey to happiness often takes unexpected turns.
