Ein Hörspiel mit Kindern

We set out together with our kindergarten class to produce an audio play based on a picture book. The story we used as a foundation was 'A Box for the Bear' by Saskia Hula and Stefanie Reich. Throughout the process of producing the audio play, we focused on how to create an audio play with children aged 4 to 7. For the final product, we practiced speaking texts and songs with instruments in various enjoyable ways over several weeks. Additionally, we searched for and recorded suitable sounds and noises together. In summary, we believe it is particularly important to allow enough time to produce an audio play with a class. This enables a deeper engagement in various areas, such as role-playing, providing children with many opportunities to immerse themselves in their characters. Furthermore, the planning should be flexible and always cater to the needs and interests of the children.
