Dressforfun Navy Lady

The two-tone women's costume Navy Lady consists of a dress, a hat, and a detachable collar. The short sleeves are ruffled and adorned with a silver decorative trim. Below the neckline, there is an anchor-shaped patch. The waist is figure-hugging. The skirt part is made up of three layers of varying lengths, with the bottom tulle underskirt being the longest.
