Dressforfun naval officer

The women's costume of a naval officer consists of a dress, belt, and detachable collar with tie. The short, short-sleeved dress is designed in black and white. The simple cut accentuates the figure. The adjustable belt provides support and highlights the waist. The skirt features three decorative gold buttons sewn on each side at the front. The zipper at the upper back allows for easy on and off. Each of the short, wide-cut sleeves has three stripes sewn on. The detachable collar with an attached tie closes with a Velcro fastener.
