Woody has always known his place in the toy universe. His priority was to take care of "his" child, whether it was his old childhood friend Andy or the sweet Bonnie. But when Bonnie adds a very stubborn new toy to her collection, Woody's once peaceful life in the child's room comes to an end. Forky is having a serious identity crisis and is convinced he is not a toy. But if he isn't a toy, then what is he? Trash? Forky is certainly sure he is meant for something else, and he tries to prove it in adventurous ways. Together with old and new friends, Forky and Woody embark on the road trip of their lives and learn that the world for a toy is much bigger than they ever thought.
