The circus of Max Medici has seen better days. And now there’s also a newborn elephant whose oversized ears make him a target for ridicule and mockery. The former circus star Holt Farrier, just returned from the war, is brought in to help. And when Holt's children, Milly and Joe, discover that Dumbo can fly, not only does the struggling circus troupe place their hopes in the little pachyderm. The persuasive entrepreneur V.A.
