The Detective Boys and Ran are part of a group of 50 chosen individuals who get to test the new virtual reality game "Cocoon." However, shortly after the game starts, the developer is murdered, and the main computer is infected by a virus that prevents the players from leaving the game and blocks any external access. Conan, Ran, and their friends find themselves in 19th century London, the world of Sherlock Holmes and Jack the Ripper, and must literally play a game of life and death: If any one of the children can solve the mystery of a series of murders on Baker Street, everyone wins – if not, they will all die in the real world as well! Conan must use all his detective skills to bring himself and the others back alive.
