Paris, 2027: Just before the presidential election, a video appears online that seems to show the execution of candidate Bruno Juge. His assistant Paul Raison, an unhappily married senior official in the Ministry of Economy, is tasked with finding those responsible. However, a series of mysterious terrorist attacks grips the nation. While Juge is campaigning, Paul is able to provide crucial clues for uncovering the attacks, which are devastating for the country's politics.
