How money can improve the world. Good solutions for the climate, better education, and more integration require a lot of money—billions, in fact. Felix Oldenburg knows where this can come from. He was the head of the Association of German Foundations for four years, representing 4,800 foundations. However, their most important tool is no longer serving its purpose: billions in foundation capital are sitting unused. As a result, it is primarily bankers and consultants who benefit.
