The events of the Mugen Train are still fresh, and Tanjiro and his friends are still grappling with the aftermath. However, they do not neglect their training, and one day, Tanjiro prevents Aoi and the other girls from the Butterfly Mansion from being kidnapped. The culprit is none other than the Sound Hashira, Tengen Uzui! He needs assistance with his current mission, and so Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zen'itsu, and Inosuke join him. They set off for Yoshiwara, a red-light district where a high-ranking demon is causing trouble. Tengen's wives have gathered information about him, but then contact with them was lost. To track down the demon and find the missing women, it is not enough to simply disguise themselves as guests.
