Lizzie Richfield stands at a crossroads when she takes a job as the house manager for the exquisite Ashford estate in Virginia. While her sister Megan prepares the property for sale, Lizzie plans one last Christmas gala for the owners, the Marley family. However, the family has long been estranged, and the elderly grandmother Pippa does not want to sell the house at all. Lizzie finds herself drawn to the two single sons, but she can't decide whom to give her heart to. Meanwhile, she has also come to the conclusion that the estate should not be sold, but she must reunite the family to achieve this. Can the spirit of Christmas help her?
