The second volume of the four-part "Clans of Cavallon" series promises addictive reading material that blends animal fantasy with heroic tales. With exciting twists, grand conspiracies, and dangerous adventures with a touch of horror. From the creators of "Warrior Cats" - for all animal fantasy readers aged 10 and up.
The books in the "Clans of Cavallon" series:
Volume 1 "Clans of Cavallon - The Wrath of the Pegasus"
Volume 2 "Clans of Cavallon - The Curse of the Ocean"
Further volumes are in preparation.
The Clans of Cavallon: Humans inhabit the mountainous north of Cavallon and the Free City. There, the Council of Cavallon is located, representing all five clans. Humans specialize in crafting and trading tools and jewelry. In the Free City, the clans live together peacefully. However, in the rest of the country, ancient rivalries and superstitions still dictate the lives of the people.
Unicorns have claimed the Blackhorn Forests in the east of Cavallon as their territory. They live by the law of the strongest and are skilled hunters and warriors who keep humans as slaves. According to legend, there was once an extraordinary bond between humans and unicorns, but since the War of Cavallon, this idea has instilled great fear among unicorns. The pegasi are blamed for the War of Cavallon. They are considered extremely rare and are feared as vengeful warmongers.
