The secret life of cuddly toys
It's not as if cuddly animals sit around all day waiting for their children to finally come home and play with them. Basically, they are only so cuddly in the evening because they are exhausted from the strenuous tasks of the day: Chip Charlie needs a bath, Bear Cub needs a haircut, Mr Banjo needs a knockwurst and Cat Liporella needs a hangover with a motorbike. And so the gang has all their cuddly paws full! It's a good thing that the little monkey Chip Charlie always tells Charlie in the evening what all happened!
Thomas Nicolai trained at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Art and has performed on numerous German stages. He also tours as a comedian and regularly hosts the Quatsch Comedy Club. What could be more natural than to also do nonsense with cuddly animals?
