Tim (Max Riemelt) and Can (Elyas M'Barek) are best friends. And best friends share everything - sometimes even ridiculous ideas. They have a unique trick to win over women: they pretend to be terminally ill. This has always worked like a charm. Until Tim falls in love with Marie (Anna Fischer). Because Marie's sister Edda (Jessica Schwarz) is actually terminally ill. Tim has no choice but to continue playing the sick role - even in front of Edda. She quickly sees through him and realizes that Tim is just faking it. Instead of exposing him, she offers him a deal: if Tim behaves "cooperatively," she will keep the secret to herself and not stand in the way of his love for Marie. Tim soon finds himself in the most absurd and craziest situations...
