Hilarious, tragic, touching – a true Hendrik Groen. When his boss bids him farewell "with great regret," Arthur Ophof realizes that things cannot continue like this. After twenty-three years in the toilet paper sales industry, living in a row house in an Amsterdam suburb, and being married to his dear, gentle, understanding wife Afra – it's time for a change. And so, Arthur dies. Not in the literal sense, but he orchestrates a plausible demise. During a golf trip to southern France, he meets a tragic heart attack, is buried in his hometown, and then flees incognito to Tuscany. Arthur Ophof becomes Louis Mollema.
