Wavelength is a party game where two teams compete to tune in to the same wavelength as the other players. The main theme of Wavelength plays on telepathy, but the real protagonist is empathy: to win, your team will have to try to understand how each of you sees the world. To do this, you will discuss substantially bizarre topics such as: What does cotton smell like? Can pineapple be considered a pizza topping? How ugly is a kangaroo puppy? Is stealing from an orphanage forgivable?

In the spectrum between cold and hot, your teammate gives you a clue: Coffee! Now your team must move the marker in the spectrum to the position where it thinks the secret target is. For example, you might think, "The coffee isn’t that hot." That’s right; it can’t be that hot since there are things like lava. Once you have decided, the target is revealed! The closer you get to the center of the target, the more points you will earn. Each turn, the ghost and location of the secret target will change—what clue will you give your team this time?.
