The lives of Leo, Jonas, Emma, Alex, Hugo, and Toni seem no different from those of other teenagers. However, Leo is suddenly torn from his daily routine and must go to the hospital. Investigations and diagnoses will dictate his life from then on. He also meets Emma but is still too shy to talk to her. At this point, Leo has no idea that Jonas, Alex, and Toni will eventually arrive at the Albertus Clinic, where Hugo has already been in a coma for quite some time.
