Who has also had such experiences with bonacker balloon shipping? ballonversand.ch is not customer-friendly at all. We had terrible shopping experiences: in 2024, the expensive helium gas bottle had so little gas in it that we were only able to inflate 13 of the 20 balloons we ordered. In 2025, despite being made aware of this experience, the helium gas cylinder for 50 balloons had no gas in it at all. Not a single balloon could be inflated. We were sold an empty bottle. What a scandal! And that at a wedding. Nevertheless, gas had to be found quickly. We even found some. But the balloons from ballonversand.ch were of such poor quality that they burst, barely flew and were lying around on the floor after half an hour at the latest. A disaster. What's more, the valve on the bottle is too small for the balloon inlets. This means that gas is lost during inflation. The whole quality of ballonversand.ch is a tragedy. And ballonversand.ch showed no goodwill whatsoever for all the stress and additional work involved. ballonversand.ch was also not prepared to cover the cost of the opened bottle of gas from the Landi. ballonversand.ch presents itself as a specialist shop. But that is not true. Everywhere else you go you get a better, friendlier and more courteous service. We don't want to have anything more to do with this company. No thanks. We strongly advise against ballonversand.ch.
