Question about Peaktech P 1400 Oscilloscope

Why are the technical descriptions always so extremely poor? Almost the same as the Chinese suppliers, only much more expensive. I wonder and ask myself whether you can sell anything at all like that. It's very inconvenient if you have to do your own research for the most trivial data.
