Is it possible to dim an LED wall luminaire with 4x6.4 watts and also switch it on and off completely?

LED dimming is always such a thing, there is hardly any difference between the lowest and highest level. no comparison to conventional light bulbs. In addition, an LED friend must be connected. Even when switched off, a minimum of current flows, which is usually enough to keep them lit even under "off".
