Is this unit also suitable for terracotta flooring?

The machine is only suitable for smooth surfaces in the household. Never use the microfibre roller on oiled wooden floors.
If it has a lot of joints, I would take the larger BR 30/4 C suction scrubbing machine with high-low roller. Unlike the BR 30/4 C, the FC5 is a toy.
The FC5 is really a toy. It takes about 1/3 longer to pick up our normal tile floor than it would by hand. And if you think you can save on vacuuming... Far from it! The FC5 is a total failure for us.
